What To Expect

Tickets/Refunds
There is no need to print your tickets as your name will be on a list at the door. Seats need to be paid for in advance. There are no refunds, as the artists must be paid whether you attend or not. If you are unable to use your tickets, let us know if someone else is attending so we may have their name on the list at the door.
Community Venue Location & Accessibility
30 Elsie Street, Eganville, Ontario K0J 1T0. The venue is wheelchair accessible with a washroom on the main floor. The street is the first left after the Beer Store or the first right after the LCBO. Come straight to the top of the hill and you will find parking there.
Parking
Carpool if possible. Parking is offered close to the house for the first 10-15 vehicles. If you need accessible parking close to the entrance, please let us know and we will try to leave a space for you. There will be parking lot attendants to help everyone get parked efficiently. For assistance, call 613-633-7244.
Refreshments
Complimentary snacks in generous proportions are served during the 30-minute intermission, along with coffee (regular and decaf), some juice and water. All are included with your ticket price. Bring your own alcohol or soft drinks. A donation jar will be available for those of you who forget to bring your own beverage. Just a note that food is prepared as a courtesy and amounts/types will vary at each show. We will do our best to honour special diet requests.
Type Of Seating
You are coming to a home concert and will be sitting on our couches and chairs. We encourage you to BYOC – Bring Your Own Cushion for maximum comfort!
Length Of Show/Merchandise
The show will last approximately 2 hours with a 30-minute intermission. Most artists will be pleased to sell and sign merchandise in the lobby following the show.

No perfumes or strong scents of any kind please. No taping of the performances please. Please turn off your phones and no flash photography. The artists have given us permission to record the performances and upload some of the music to our YouTube channel.

There will be a cash bar serving alcohol and soft drinks run by the Rankin Recreation Centre. At most concerts we offer delicious snacks/desserts for purchase. Complimentary tea and coffee, regular and decaf also offered.
